Development and integration of new software applications for point of sale scheduling systems within the existing SAP software.

Summary / Scope of work
In cooperation with Platinus CONSULTING GMBH, a specialist in business process, project and information management ( Michael Ruzicka, Cockpit-Consulting, was entrusted with the management for new software applications. The entire project is carried out methodically with milestones and work packages, according to the proven PMI *) project management method. If necessary and on a case by case basis the project team also uses the agile project management based on Scrum, especially when fast programming work with short-term usability feedback was mandatory.

Due to the wide geographical extension of the SPAR markets in Austria and their different dimensions of outlets - from convenient stores in petrol stations to Interspar hypermarkets – a particular challenge in this project is the different expectations and objectives of the SPAR organization. These range from the different requirements for the applications in the IT system to the varying expectations of the client and the end user.
